Basic County Page Requirements
All USGenWeb Project Guidelines and Bylaws must be followed in order for a county site to be included on the MAGenWeb Project County Selection page. Those requirements include subscribing to your state mailing list, providing and regularly updating a query page, providing a list of available resources and lookups, having the USGenWeb Project logo prominently displayed on the main county page, and providing a link to your state page. MAGenWeb Project Requirements
The MAGenWeb Project has two requirements for our coordinators beyond the USGenWeb Project requirements:
1. Each coordinator should check in on our roll call which is done about every 6 months, to let us know how they're doing. If a coordinator cannot be contacted after that time, then their site will be taken on by someone else, so that the page will be updated regularly, and taken care of.
2. If you have not already done so, you will need to subscribe to the MAGenWeb Project mailing list for county coordinators. This is a closed list, for GenWeb business only. You may get the instructions for subscribing from the State Coordinator
